Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds. Prior to making a purchase, we highly recommend conducting comprehensive research, reading reviews, and seeking clarifications, as we maintain a stringent no-return policy. However, damaged items will be promptly replaced.

Replacement Window:

A replacement window of 5 days is available from the date of product delivery. Replacement requests will be assessed individually.

  • Surface finish is protected for 3 years with high-quality paint.

Order Cancellation or Modifications:

Orders can only be altered or canceled if they are in the “processing” status. Once an order is “Ready for Shipping,” it cannot be changed.

Damaged Items:

Notify us promptly if any items arrive damaged. Retain original shipping containers and provide photographic evidence for claims handled through Nimbuspost, with Hexa-GT support.

Exchanges:

We do not offer product exchanges; only defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement.

Warranty:

Hexa-GT products feature a 1-year standard warranty and a limited lifetime warranty for components, excluding wear and tear. Paint is covered for 3 years against chips and fading. We offer repair services throughout the product lifecycle, with charges applicable based on the damage.

Storage Method:

Avoid long-term storage in damp, dark places to prevent damage to rubber and silicon gaskets. Boxes that are regularly used should have their gaskets serviced every two years. If storing without use, take precautions such as using silica gel pads to absorb moisture. Extended periods of storage can compromise waterproofing. Additionally, exposure to saline water can damage seals and gaskets. Aluminum may react with saline water, potentially causing discoloration and other issues.

Wash Procedure:

As noted on the safety label, all cases should be cleaned with mild automotive cleaners only. Avoid using any other chemicals, including cleaning vinegar. Exposure to salt water can compromise the surface finish, gaskets, and seals.

Authorized Dealers and Distributors:

Hexa-GT does not have authorized dealers or distributors. Beware of anyone claiming to be a retailer or agent.
