In the event that you are still unsatisfied with your purchase, our refund policy is as follows:

Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds. Prior to making a purchase. However, please rest assured that we will promptly replace any items received in a damaged condition.

Replacement Window:

The replacement window is available for a period of 5 days, commencing from the date of product delivery. We will assess replacement requests on an individual basis.

Product Assessment Prior to Purchase:

Before proceeding with a purchase, it’s crucial for customers to thoroughly evaluate their product requirements. We urge you to explore the available FAQs and online content to aid in your decision-making process. Should you require further clarification, we are readily available to address any queries or concerns via callback or WhatsApp communication. It’s important to note that our warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to damages resulting from factors such as normal wear and tear, inadequate care, user errors, mishandling, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alterations/repairs, accidental damage, or material degradation after use. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover any loss, damage costs, or expenses incurred by personal property or third parties due to manufacturing defects. In the event of a warranty claim, Hexa-GT may choose to either repair the product or provide store credit equivalent to the original product’s MRP, as indicated on the purchase invoice. Rest assured, shipping costs for repaired products will be covered by Hexa-GT.

How much does the system weigh?

The luggage system's dry weight varies depending on the specific product model, ranging from 4.8 to 6.1 kgs per case. For more details, please refer to the respective product descriptions and technical information.

In the case of the Boulevard full system, it typically adds approximately 18 to 20 kgs to your motorcycle's weight. For the Voyager system, the weight addition is around 14 to 16 kgs. Keep these weight additions in mind to ensure proper load management and handling of your motorcycle.

Will there be any changes to handling?

Exactly, when adding load to your motorcycle with top cases or side cases/panniers, there will be changes in handling. The additional weight can shift the motorcycle's center of gravity, affecting its stability and maneuverability.

When using top cases, the weight is positioned at the back of the motorcycle, after the rear axle. As a result, the front end may become lighter, leading to understeering, particularly when facing crosswinds. On the other hand, side cases or panniers also add weight at the rear, but it is typically within the width of the rear tyre. This configuration generally results in less significant changes to the motorcycle's handling compared to top cases.

To maintain balance and stability, it's crucial to load them equally on both sides. Being mindful of the weight distribution and riding conditions can help ensure safe and comfortable handling when using motorcycle accessories. Always follow the manufacturer's recommended weight limits and load guidelines for optimal performance.

How do I determine the maximum weight carrying capacity for my motorcycle?

To determine the carrying capacity of a motorcycle, you can follow these steps:

1. Find the Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of the motorcycle. This information is typically available in the owner's manual or specifications provided by the manufacturer.

2. Measure the weight of the motorcycle itself, including any accessories, fuel, and fluids.

3. Subtract the weight of the motorcycle from its GVWR. The result will be the maximum weight that can be carried, including the rider, passenger, and cargo.

4. Keep in mind that the remaining weight capacity should also consider the weight of any additional accessories or modifications added to the motorcycle.

Waterproofability

Aluminium, being sensitive to weather and temperature changes, may show droplets due to condensation inside sealed cases in colder conditions. This is normal for aluminium.
