Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us at https://hexa-gt.com. We offer free shipping for all our products across India with no minimum order value. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@hexa-gt.com.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 6 PM from Monday to Saturday are processed and dispatched the following business day. Orders placed on Sunday or a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or the next business day. If you need to modify your delivery address, please reach out to us before the order status changes to “shipped” or is in the final stages of being shipped.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

We allow modification of delivery addresses until the order status is in the processing stage. Once the status changes to shipped or is in the final stages of being shipped, we will be unable to modify the delivery address. Please contact us for assistance.

International Orders

If you are placing an international order, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. As the customer, you are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order with us as these fees can be significant and we are unable to calculate them for you.

Timelines

We understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important to you. For Tier 1 cities, the estimated delivery timeline is 4-6 business days, subject to public holidays and weekends. Please note that delivery timelines may vary for other locations.

Unboxing video
 We take great care to ensure that your order is delivered in good condition. However, if you receive a damaged product, we request that you share an unboxing video with us. This will help us to investigate the issue and take necessary action.
 
Tracking information:
To keep you informed about the status of your order, we share tracking information via WhatsApp and also update it under the “My Orders” tab on our website. This will help you to track your order and plan for its delivery.
