SURFACE TREATMENT

PROCESS 1

ALUMINIUM OXIDE SHOT BLASTING

Abrasive material, such as aluminium oxide, is used as the blasting media to clean and finish surface of the Top rack.

PROCESS 2

ELECTROLESS POLISH

Electroless polishing chemically removes a thin layer of metal (0.05 microns) for a smooth and shiny finish. Commonly used in aerospace, medical, and semiconductor industries.
